I am enjoying the Move Without Pain Private Club very much.  Your breadth and depth of knowledge concerning musculoskeletal and fascial function is awe-inspiring. I have been able to perfect the motions for optimal function and have learned many variations on the three planar motions theme. Some of the classes (such as classes 16, 18 and 21- the lifting demonstration was extremely helpful!) have really made a difference as I continue to improve my strength and balance. Each day I feel better than the previous.

I thank you so much for all these amazing Move Without Pain private club classes. I didn't get to thank you especially for your teachings on Gait problems and your exaggerated arm movements and the raised above head arms punching out. I do that now as I walk down the hallway etc. at home when I’m so bent over and it really helps get those hip flexors lined up or whatever and takes that strain off the back. Excited to see what you share with us this week.

Did the balance stuff today which I believe is class 10. Very cool, great fun; melting first is very interesting. Left leg goes from feeling really rotated in at first and yet doing that foot stuff and that feeling totally goes away which my linear brain goes how the heck does that happen! You have my attention, great fun, don't think I have rotated, or I guess rather moved in the transverse plane this much in my life! And my back actually feels pretty good, Considering all this rotating and reaching I might have questioned that prior. the question remains where will she take us next, stay tuned!

Just wanted to let you know that I am doing week 4 of your program and my pain is diminished by at least 60%. I am so excited! I went for my walk today and 45 minutes was not a problem. The best I have been able to do since August is 30 minutes. Ahh, what a relief. Thank you! I am cutting hair 8 to 12 hours a day to catchup. I have also been working in my yard (big yard) harder than I have in over 20 years! Being part of the private club has FAR exceeded my expectations. I am truly amazed. I will be 69 next month and I am able to outwork most 40 year olds! Two months ago I was just another elder in pain and decline....not now! Thank you so much. PS, stairs are so much easier!

Just thought I'd send a quick email to tell you I'm really enjoying all the classes, private club classes and MELT classes, and they are helping me a lot. I took the MELT classes hoping that it would get me past my procrastination, seeing enough results to motivate me to keep it up consistently. It seems to have worked! I still need to find the optimal time to fit it into my days, but I'm excited to see what will happen if I keep doing it consistently. I have so many sore muscles and trigger points that it seemed an overwhelming task to address them all, but I can see now how little changes can make a big difference. I've also noticed that my range of motion has improved in the private club classes. My neck and back aren't as stiff, so I can bend back farther, and twist back farther without so much discomfort. Some of the movements are really challenging, like the ones on my knees... much harder to balance, and I can feel lots of muscles in my legs working hard. Some days when I don't have a lot of time to do the whole workout, I'm familiar enough now with many movements to just run through a few. That is helpful, to be able to do them from memory. Thanks for all the work you put into the classes. I'm looking forward to the classes on Total Motion Release coming up soon.
