How It Works

Remember the last time you went to the doctor or physical therapist’s office? A lot of time was likely spent on the body part that hurts. You probably left with exercises and stretches aimed to rehab that painful area. The pain may have even gone away for a while… but still creeps back in at times or it never fully went away and you’ve learned to live with it. Or worse yet, your pain got worse and you think you’ve done everything you can do.

What Makes the Private Club Different?

The exercises and movement training in the Private Club are unlike what is taught by conventional movement and healthcare professionals who tend to chase the symptoms.

Your body is designed to move and must be trained in 3 planes of motion. If you have any lack in one or more of these three planes, body parts are forced to compensate for that lack. This is what leads to joint irritation, injury, and chronic pain that doesn’t go away

Move Without Pain (MWP) works by resolving the root problem responsible for causing your pain. 

Each Private Club class provides detailed teaching on the movements with modifications for those experiencing pain or limitations.

WHY THE TRADITIONAL APPROACH

DOESN'T work

Trying really hard to isolate joints or muscles

This is not how your body is designed to work and it will not resolve the root cause of your pain. It can actually promote tendonitis and other issues making things worse! You can't isolate muscles and fix function. It doesn't work.

Only treating the painful body part

Looking ONLY at the body part that hurts, and forgetting you're a whole person, not a body part, results in treating the symptom, not the cause. This approach MISSES finding and fixing the area that is likely causing the problem. You need to stop beating up the victim and find the culprit.

Stretching, heating, icing, injecting, cupping, dry needling, etc.

You may find temporary relief with some of these methods but they are designed to treat the symptoms and rarely fix the cause in the long-term. You may end up with symptoms 'moving around' your body from one place to another with this approach.

Learn To Resolve Pain On Your Own Time

Access all the classes and teachings 24/7. Private Club members have on-demand access so that you can work out your pain in your own time in the comfort of your own home. 

Perform the workouts (~30 minutes) as your schedule allows and re-assess whenever you want with the built-in Movement Performance Assessment (MPA). No need to sit in traffic or waiting rooms.

About Eileen Kopsaftis

The Move Without Pain Private Club and all of its teachings are taught by Eileen Kopsaftis. Eileen is a health and pain expert who helps people eliminate pain, regain health, and return to doing the things they love to do every day. She believes life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured.

I have always sought out truth, even as a child. My entire reason for being is to improve the lives of others. When I lost two brothers in their forties (one to cancer, the other to heart disease) I knew I had to do all I could to keep others from the same tragedy.

When I was little, I wanted to be a doctor; yet when it came time to start college, I didn't agree with the conventional medical model of medicating symptoms and managing disease as it progresses. I also disagreed with what's taught in nutrition programs as they seem to miss the forest for the trees. The physical therapy program caught my attention as I've always been fascinated with the workings of the human body.

Fast forward to the first-ever Nutrition Educator Program designed to teach people how to eliminate the need for medications and restore health by how they nourish their bodies. Fast forward to training extensively in how the body REALLY moves and needs to train to be pain free. I am now living my dream as a certified Applied Functional Science professional, certified MELT Method instructor, and nutrition educator graduate. I continually seek out accurate knowledge so I can empower others to understand how everything is connected to everything else. They must stop seeing themselves as a body part when pain persists because that doesn't work to stop pain for good.

I love to equip others to make informed decisions so they don't waste their time and resources on things that don't work or have a high potential to cause harm. People need to know this stuff! It is imperative to know what works and what doesn't in order to succeed in moving without pain and aging without decline. I want to erase pain from the world and stop the human misery caused by lack of knowledge and inauthentic movement training.
